Placing Orders 

How do I place an order? 
The order process on the www.noeo.co website is as follows: Add the desired NOEO product(s) into your shopping cart. 

  1. Check your cart (upper-right corner of your screen). 
  2. Click on ‘Check out’. 
  3. Fill in your contact information or log into your account then click on ‘Continue to shipping’. 
  4. Review your contact information and choose a shipping method. Then click on ‘Continue to payment. 
  5. Choose your payment method and billing address. Then click on ‘Review order’. 
  6. Review your order and then click on ‘Complete order’ 
  7. You will receive an order confirmation to the email you have added during your order.  

What payment methods does NOEO accept and is it safe to use my credit card online? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all of your details are entered correctly. If your order wasn’t completed, you will receive a reminder via email. 

How can I choose the currency I pay in? 

Order payments will be withdrawn from your bank in the corresponding currency depending on your bank details. Even though product prices are shown in Euros (€) on the website, your order will be charged in US Dollar when paying with a USD card. Please note that for the U.S. and Canada, VAT is deducted from the purchase price during checkout. 

Can I change my order or shipping details once I have placed my order? 

We can cancel an order when it is being prepared for dispatch. However, we are unable to change any shipping details when an order has been processed, nor can we add products to an existing order once it has been placed. If you wish to change the address to which your order is being shipped, please email info@noeo.co as soon as possible. 

How can I proceed my payment after receiving a reminder email? 

We are unable to send orders out that have a ‘pending payment’ status. The reminder email provides you with a link to continue your payment and order placement. 

Can I add gift packaging to my purchase? 

At this time, NOEO does not facilitate the option to add gift packaging to orders. Please know that we are working very hard to make sure this is possible in the near future. 

Can I order samples? 

At this time, NOEO does not offer sample products. Please know that we are working very hard to make sure this is possible in the near future. 

 

Shipping & Returning 

Which countries does NOEO ship to? 

NOEO currently ships within EuropeUSA, and Canada. We are working very hard on extending our shipping area. 

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost? 

Delivery times may vary according to your destination. Deliveries within Europe can take up to 3-5 working days. Deliveries to the USA or Canada can take up to 10-14 working days. The costs are calculated during check out after adding your shipping address.  

Which courier service delivers the packages? 

All European orders are dispatched by DHLDHL is the premier provider of parcel services in Germany that works closely with national postal services and private delivery partners in order to offer you the most comprehensive and reliable delivery. Please note that at this time we do not offer express delivery options. 

Can I return products that I bought from NOEO online? 

Customers have the right to return unused and unopened products within 30 days after the shipment arrival date. Please consult our customer care team (info@noeo.co) to request a valid Return Authorization number. For further instructions please consult the Shipping & Return page. 

Help! I received the wrong product, what should I do? 

Sorry! But don’t worry, if you’ve received a different product than you ordered, just e-mail info@noeo.co and our team will help you get the product you ordered. Please include the order number and a description of the fault. You can use the below model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

Does NOEO test on animals? 

NOEO is created with the mission to support our environment. All NOEO products are formulated using natural and cruelty-free ingredients. We work together with labs that do not test on animals.
