You can return purchased items without a specific reason. However, we would like to solve original problems, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the 14 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It also must be in the original packaging.
If your products are sealed, we will gladly refund your money. We ask for your understanding that we can only take back unopened items for hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
We will then let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be transferred to your original payment method, within max. 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 70€ we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. As we are not responsible for a missing shipment.
You are responsible for the right shipment-method and the payment of logistics.
